A Day in Sam's Life

He didn't/couldn't/wasn't able to see/realize/understand the danger/risk/peril he was in. As he reached/got to/climbed up to the top, the branch/limb/twig broke/snapped/fell. Sam plummeted/fell/crashed to the ground with a loud/sharp/painful thud/sound/crash.
- Fortunately/By chance, Sam wasn't/didn't get/sustained any serious/major/critical injuries.
- But, he learned a valuable lesson/teaching/truth: always listen/heed/pay attention to guidance/advice/warnings from trusted/reliable/responsible people.
From/After/That day on, Sam became much more cautious/careful/thoughtful. He understood/realized/learned the importance/value/significance of being safe/secure/protected.
Sam's New Friend
Sam was feeling a little lonely. He hoped to have a new pal to play with. One day, while he was running in the park, he saw something interesting. It was a little animal with colorful fur. Sam carefully walked over to the creature and said, "Hello! What's your title?" The creature grinned and replied Sam, "You can call me Lily!" And so, Sam made a new friend. They spent the rest of the day playing together.
Sam was so happy to have found a new more info friend. He knew that he and Lily would be close buddies forever.
